## Name and template

Pick a name that describes your chatbot's purpose — for example "Customer support" or "Sales assistant". Aihio offers ready-made templates for common use cases.

## Customising the template

Each template gives you a working starting point. You can adjust:

- Chatbot personality and tone
- Greeting and closing messages
- How questions are routed in uncertain situations
