Publishing means installing a code snippet on your site and activating the chatbot.
Before you publish
Run a test conversation in the preview and confirm the chatbot responds as expected to a range of questions.
Installing the snippet
Copy the <script> element from the dashboard and add it just before the </body> tag of your site. Most publishing systems (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) offer a dedicated custom-script field.
For WordPress sites there is also an official plugin that links your chatbot in one click, with no code. See the WordPress plugin guide.
