Create your first chatbot

This page walks through the main steps of the chatbot builder.

1. Sign in to the dashboard

   Open app.aihio.ai in your browser and sign in to your account.

2. Create a new chatbot

   Click “Create new chatbot” and give it a descriptive name.

3. Pick a use case

   Aihio suggests templates for common use cases — customer support, sales, ticket triage.

4. Add the knowledge base

   Upload documents or provide a website URL that Aihio will turn into a search index.

5. Preview and test

   Launch the preview from the top right of the builder and try out questions.
