# Create your first chatbot

This page walks through the main steps of the chatbot builder.

1. **Sign in to the dashboard**

   Open [app.aihio.ai](https://app.aihio.ai) in your browser and sign in to
   your account.
2. **Create a new chatbot**

   Click "Create new chatbot" and give it a descriptive name.
3. **Pick a use case**

   Aihio suggests templates for common use cases — customer support, sales,
   ticket triage.
4. **Add the knowledge base**

   Upload documents or provide a website URL that Aihio will turn into a search
   index.
5. **Preview and test**

   Launch the preview from the top right of the builder and try out questions.
