Open the Knowledge tab
Select your chatbot and navigate to the “Knowledge” tab.
Drag and drop files
Drag documents onto the upload area, or pick them via the “Choose files” button.
Wait for processing
Aihio extracts text from the files and builds the search index. The duration depends on file count and size.
