AI services. On your terms.

Aihio builds tailored AI agents for businesses and the public sector. Functionality, integrations, security and maintenance are agreed around your organisation’s goals and requirements.

Tell us what you need

Describe your goal and main requirements. We will get in touch to agree the next step.

All fields are required except the website.

We use your details only to respond to this request. No automated sales sequence.

More than a larger subscription

A tailored service goes beyond standard plan features and usage limits. We agree the solution, delivery, responsibilities and pricing around your organisation’s requirements.

Your goals guide the delivery

We start with what your AI agent needs to achieve. The service is designed around your users and the way your organisation works, not the limits of a standard package.

Know what you are agreeing to

You receive a proposal covering scope, pricing and responsibilities. We also agree deployment, support and service levels before work begins.

A partnership beyond deployment

We agree maintenance and development as your needs change. New use cases and custom changes can become part of our ongoing work together.

Compare standard plans

Built for your environment

We build around your existing systems and data-handling requirements. Together with your specialists, we define the connections, workflows and responsibilities the service needs.

You do not need every technical decision in place before we talk. We help define a solution that supports your goals and fits your procurement requirements.

Security built into the delivery, from the start

We define data-handling and security requirements before implementation. They guide the design of the environment, integrations and access controls.

Current service data processing agreement

Data use and control

We agree where your content is processed, who can access it and how long it is retained. The purposes for which data is used are defined in the contract.

Protecting your data

We agree how data is protected during processing, transfer and storage. Security requirements guide the design and acceptance of the solution.

Access controls and secure connections

We design authentication and permissions around the information each user is allowed to access. The agent’s actions and their limits are defined as part of the delivery.

Procurement documentation

We agree data processing, subprocessors, data flows and maintenance responsibilities. Documentation for your environment reflects the agreed solution.

From requirements to ongoing service

  1. 01

    Define the need

We review the use case, systems and procurement requirements. The result is a shared understanding of the goal and the delivery needed.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

We prepare a proposal covering scope, price, timeline and responsibilities. You know what is included and how the delivery will be accepted.

  3. 03

    Build and test

We build the agreed solution and test it with your organisation. Answers, permissions and integrations are checked before deployment.

  4. 04

    Maintain and develop

The service continues under the agreed responsibilities. Support, monitoring and development are included to the extent agreed for your needs.

Questions about a tailored service

How does a tailored service differ from a standard plan?

A standard plan has predefined features and usage limits. A custom contract can also include commissioned development, a separate environment and your own service-level requirements. Scope and pricing reflect the agreed solution.

What if our needs do not fit the current service?

Tell us what you need. We identify the changes required and assess a suitable implementation together. Custom development can be included in your contract; scope and feasibility are confirmed before work begins.

What do we need for the first conversation?

A description of your goal and main requirements is enough to start. If you have a procurement specification or an overview of your current systems, we can use it to guide the discussion.

Who is responsible after deployment?

We agree responsibilities for maintenance, support and ongoing development as part of the service. Your contract states what Aihio handles and what remains with your organisation.

How is the service priced?

Pricing reflects the implementation, environment, capacity and agreed maintenance. The proposal distinguishes initial delivery, ongoing service and any separately commissioned development.
