Tunable retrain cadence

On Enterprise, automatic retraining can be set to 6, 12, 24, or 168 hours per chatbot, for example after a daily catalogue refresh or a weekly content rollout.

Named contact

A named person you can call for onboarding and ongoing use. Quarterly reviews, priority support, and a shared Teams channel.

EU data and DPA in procurement

Aihio is built around an EU-based service setup. The GDPR data-processing agreement ships as part of procurement, not as a paid add-on. EU AI Act requirements considered in preparation.
