Get started with building and publishing your Aihio chatbot.

Start with one task: help a website visitor find the answer to an important question. Add the information needed for that answer and test it before making the agent available to customers.

What you need

Section titled “What you need”
  • Access to Oma Aihio and the correct workspace.
  • Permission to use the content you select as a knowledge source.
  • Access to edit your website, or help from the person maintaining it.

What’s next

Section titled “What’s next”
Publish your first agent Create an agent, add a source and check its first answer before installation.
Update knowledge sources Keep an existing agent's information up to date.
Resolve a problem Find help with answers, installation and usage limits.

A successful setup means the agent also answers as expected on the published website. Adding a source or opening the preview alone does not demonstrate that.
