A contact exists only once the visitor chooses it.
The agent helps the buyer first and asks for contact details after that. Consent is the visitor's own choice, and it is stored with the contact.
Four stages, and the third one is the visitor's.
The browser derives a key
The widget hashes the open page and sends only that. If it matches one indexed page, the agent weights it.
The visitor gets value first
The agent answers product questions from your knowledge base and compares options. You set the guidance for when it offers to take contact details.
The visitor makes the choice
The form opens inside the conversation. With consent turned on, the server refuses a submission without the tick, and no contact is written anywhere.
The contact is stored
The server stamps the moment of consent and the legal basis onto the contact. The confirmation wording is yours to write.
What the key is not
The digest is computed in the browser from the page address. Query parameters, fragments and credentials stay outside it, and no page content or form data is sent. If the page does not match, or matches more than one, the agent falls back to ordinary retrieval.
The end state
What the visitor is told and what is stored.
Consent is two separate choices, not one tick. Getting in touch does not imply permission to market.
Confirmation to the visitor
Thank you, we will be in touch within one business day.
An example. You write the confirmation yourself.
- Contact details
- The fields you chose to collect: a name, an email address or a phone number, for example.
- Consent and time
- The server stamps the moment of acceptance; the time is not taken from the browser. Consent and its timestamp appear in the contacts export.
- Legal basis
- Stored on the contact next to the consent. It is a value in the database, not yet a column of its own in the contacts view.
Aihio does not score the lead or promise what happens to it next. That is your team's work, and the next step follows your own settings.

Questions
Clear answers.
Does Aihio score leads automatically?
Not as a built-in promise. Aihio captures contact details and conversation context, which you can forward to your existing workflow for qualification.
Can leads be sent to another system?
Yes. Depending on your setup, you can use available integrations, webhooks, the API or custom actions.
