1. Service Description
Aihio AI ("Service") is an AI-powered chatbot building platform that enables users to create, train, and deploy customized chatbots to their websites and applications. The Service is maintained and provided by Aihio AI ("we", "our" or "Company").
2. Acceptance and Right to Use
By using the Service, you accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update and modify these terms by notifying users via email or through the Service.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
Use of the Service requires creating a user account. You are responsible for:
- The information you provide and keeping it up to date
- Safely storing your account password and access credentials
- All activity that occurs on your account
3.2 Team Collaboration
The Service supports team collaboration. The team owner is responsible for team member activities and access management.
4. Service Use
4.1 Allowed Use
You commit to using the Service only for:
- Lawful purposes
- In accordance with these terms
- In compliance with applicable laws and regulations
4.2 Prohibited Use
You must not use the Service to:
- Create or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Send spam, phishing messages, or other unwanted communications
- Circumvent or interfere with the Service's technical protections
- Collect or use other users' data without authorization
- Spread false or misleading information
5. Chatbot Content and AI
5.1 Content Ownership
You retain ownership rights to all content you upload or create in the Service, including training data and chatbot configurations.
5.2 AI Usage
The Service utilizes AI models for chatbot functionality. You are responsible for the appropriateness and accuracy of responses generated by your chatbot for end users.
5.3 License to Us
You grant us a limited license to use your content to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. We do not use your content for third-party advertising.
6. Payments and Billing
6.1 Subscriptions
The Service offers various subscription plans. Pricing and features of your chosen plan are clearly presented before making a subscription.
6.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually according to your chosen billing cycle. Prices include applicable value-added tax.
6.3 Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for already paid fees.
7. Service Level
We strive to provide the Service with 99.9% availability. Planned maintenance outages are announced in advance. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services (such as AI model providers).
8. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We operate in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Status
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9.2 Damages
Our liability is limited to a maximum of the service fees you have paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including its software, user interface, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Your right to use is limited to using the Service in accordance with these terms.
11. Contract Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You fail to pay your subscription on time
- You use the Service for illegal purposes
12. Applicable Law
Finnish law applies to these terms. Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation, secondarily in the Helsinki District Court.
